About

Built from scratch.
No shortcuts.

I built Coco Market from a small idea into one of South Florida's most established free community wellness markets — running monthly since 2022. Every system I teach has been tested across 60+ real events.

I know what makes people feel something at an event, and what falls flat. I know what keeps vendors coming back and what drives people to show up month after month. If you're starting a community event, I can help you do it with intention.

FAQ

Things people usually
want to know.

Do I need to have a venue or date already?

Nope. Most people come to me with just an idea — sometimes not even a fully formed one. We can figure out location, timing, and everything else together. That's kind of the whole point.

I've never done anything like this before. Is that okay?

That's exactly who I built this for. You don't need event experience — you just need the idea and the drive to make it happen. I'll handle the knowledge gap.

Do you only work with wellness events?

Not at all. My background is in wellness markets, but the fundamentals of running a great community event — vendors, logistics, flow, marketing — translate to any kind of gathering. Farmers markets, pop-ups, art fairs, community festivals — I can help.

Do you work with people outside of South Florida?

Yes — most of my consulting work is done remotely over calls and Google Docs, so location doesn't matter. The Vendor Introductions and Coco Market Feature add-ons are South Florida specific, but everything else works anywhere.

What's the difference between the Strategy Session and the Event Blueprint?

The Strategy Session is a single call — great if you're in early stages and just need honest direction before committing to anything. The Event Blueprint goes deeper: two calls plus a full written plan you can actually execute from. If you're serious about moving forward, the Blueprint is where most people start.

What does a session actually look like?

We get on a call, I ask you about your idea, your goals, your timeline, and your resources — and then I tell you what I honestly think. No fluff, no generic advice. You'll leave knowing exactly what to do next and what to watch out for.

Can I see what Coco Market looks like?

Yes — head over to cocomarket.org or find us on Instagram. Four and a half years, 60+ events, and we're still going strong. That's the proof of concept behind everything I teach.
